Cleveland artists. Some have been commissioned
specifically for individual building spaces, but every piece
is carefully chosen by ownership's curatorial staff after
review and studio visits. This body of work is
complemented by an in-house gallery, Yards Projects,
which stages bi monthly exhibits in addition to artist talks
and studio visits. Tenants purchasing work from Yards
Projects receive a substantial price discount.
